Putting your thoughts into words can sometimes feel challenging if you are experiencing unhappiness or feeling lost, anxious, or low in mood.
I provide a safe and private place to explore and understand your feelings and identify what may be blocking you from experiencing yourself and life as you'd like.
I have experience in helping people with a wide range of problems, including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Stress, or feeling 'burnt out' and overwhelmed
- Low mood: anhedonia, which means "loss of pleasure or joy."
- Sadness, grief, and loss
